Ford schedules 2017 Fusion presentation for the 2016 NAIAS

The restyled Ford Fusion already has an official presentation stage. The new D segment sedan will be officially unveiled at the 2016 NAIAS with minor changes, as one image that leaked in August has revealed.

Apart from that, the car, which is also called Mondeo in Europe, may be presented with an entirely electric version in order to compete with the Tesla Model S. Fusion already has a plug-in hybrid version, the Energi, and it would make no headlines whatsoever. We may be looking at the Fusion Electric under the wraps of the picture above. It is a pitty we do not have even a clue of how powerful it could be, but the wait is not long.
