Jaguar will present the new 320 km/h F-Type SVR at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show

Jaguar has just announced it will take a rocket on wheels to the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It will be the SVR version of the F-Type. Although the company has not disclosed full technical specifications for the car, which will be released in February 17, 2016, it claims it can reach 200 mph, or 320 km/h.

Just for the record, that’s close to what the XJ220 was capable of achieving, with a top speed of 213.478 mph (343.56 km/h). Check the video below.

The F-Type SVR will go on sale by the middle of the year in Coupé and Convertible versions.

The Convertible, according to John Edwards, managing director of Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations, has been created “so that enthusiast can revel in the sound from the new titanium exhaust system”. The car promises ease of use in every day activities as well. It will be a nice addition to the Jaguar line up, for sure.
