This is how the new Honda CR-V will look like, according to Motor1 reader

The contribution of readers is an important part of modern websites. At MotorChase, we have many proofs of that, such as scoop pictures, MotorChasing and the reader’s article. And Motor1 also has that sort of thing, such as this rendering of the new generation Honda CR-V. It was made by a reader identified as Huang. And a very talented one, we must say.

The next generation CR-V, the 5th one, will be larger than the current crossover. It will use the same platform of the 10th generation Honda Civic and should share the same engines, such as the 1.5 turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 130 kW and 219 Nm of torque. It should also have the same wheelbase, of 2.7 m. The transmission should be the lame CVT that is already used by the Civic, the HR-V and the Fit. There are rumors of a hybrid version of it.

The new CR-V is expected for next year, presented as a 2018 model.
