SCOOP! – This is the first picture of the second generation Dacia Duster. Part of it, at least

The second generation Dacia Duster is very close to its official introduction. According to, it, it will probably happen at the Paris Motor Show. In case it doesn’t, the crossover won’t take longer than the Geneva Motor Show to appear. But we will surely see it before that. One proof of that is the steering wheel, photographed by a secret source from the Romanian website. The same one that has also taken a picture of the outside of the car. And that promises to reveal it in the next few days. Check the full picture below.

The new Duster is said to be way more refined than the first generation. Not a real challenge, we know, but that will not make it less affordable than the current one. The steering wheel reveals the cruise control commands, as well as a leather-stitched cover. The instrument panel seems to be quite familiar.

Will it look anything like the Autoplus rendering? We are not sure. All we know is that it will offer 5 and 7 seat versions, as well as the same engines it currently offers. We bet it will retain the same M0 platform, since the Renault Kaptur also uses it. And it would be a way to keep costs down.
