Land Rover reveals the Discovery 5 days before its presentation. At least part of it…

Land Rover has taken the Evoque design language to most of its models apart from the Defender, may it now rest in peace, and the Discovery. But this is about to change, more exactly when the Paris Motor Show opens its gates. Land Rover will reveal the 5th generation of the Discovery there. The car, which will surely be named Discovery 5, or just Disco 5, for the more intimate, has shown its face for the first time today. Officially and with no shadows, what prevents us from saying it was teased in any way. Check it below with all its predecessors.

The Discovery 5 seems to be the more refined Discovery ever presented, but Land Rover stresses it is as capable as any other. We hope so, since the SUV has always been famous for its off-road capabilities. Anyway, we must say we cannot imagine a Disco 5 in the middle of the jungle in a new Camel Trophy…

If you are still curious about how the final Discovery 5 will look like, remember the Discovery Vision Concept and you will get more than a reasonable clue.

Apart from that, we know it will be a 7-seater and that it will be the bearer of “absolute versatility, capability and technology like no other”. We will have to wait until September 28 for its official (and full) revelation, with its premiere in Paris.
